All persons or organizations wishing to hold a parade, race, or any other public assembly must apply for and receive a permit from the Town of Haughton. All applications must be received 30 days prior to the event.

Fees: Parade $25.00
Race $25.00
Public Assembly $25.00

Beer Permit

All persons wishing to operate as a dealer for alcoholic beverages must apply for and received a permit from the Town of Haughton. All applications must be received within 24 hours or the application for a state permit. If the applicant fail to do so the application may be withheld or the permit denied. Renewals applications are due on or before November 1st of each year.

Fees: Wholesale dealers $100.00
Class A retail dealers $75.00
Class B retail dealers $60.00

Building Permit

A properly issued permit must be obtained from the Town of Haughton to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of any building or structure, or to erect or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing system, or to cause any such work to be done. A permit shall only be issued after the submittal and approval of a Town of Haughton building permit application. Fees shall vary.
